At Massage & Healing Sanctuary, I believe that healing starts from within. That's why I take a holistic approach to massage therapy, addressing your physical body, mind, spirit, and emotions. I am a licensed massage therapist with over 25 years of experience and am dedicated to helping you achieve optimal wellness. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, or just in need of some relaxation, I'm here to help.
Am new to massage, but was on vacation and figured I'd give it a shot. Had been experiencing stress and tension, along with some pain and discomfort. Karen was wonderful, taking time to listen, and then work on problem areas in a truly relaxing environment. Glad I made the call!
